About the Recipe

This is an easy recipe for your thai food quick fix for lunch or dinner.

To make a Tom Kha version, simply replace the water with coconut milk.

We are on elimination diet which exclude gluten, sugar, soy, pork, canola oil, dairy and eggs. Our seasoning philosophy is simple: just sea salt and pepper, allowing the true essence of the food to shine through while maintaining stable blood sugar levels.
