About the Recipe
This is a super simple salmon dish which you can do with minimum kitchen equipment. All you need is one frying pan or wok. We use Anorak King Salmon from New Zealand. The salmon is raised in the pristine waters of Lake Pukaki, New Zealand and can be purchased here:

Ingredients
350 gram King Salmon from NZ (this is our favorite, but you can choose other salmon too)
300 gram of Broccolini
2 Carrots
2 big cups of rice
1 table spoon of Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry the salmon and put a pinch of salt on each side
Step 2
Rinse rice 2 times and cook 2 cups of rice with 2 cups of water in the rice cooker or in a pot on the stove
Step 3
Wash and cut carrots and broccolini to desired size
Step 4
Put one table spoon of olive oil into the wok, heat up the wok and fry salmon on the skin side for 8 to 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn around salmon and fry another 6 minutes or until done
Step 5
Remove the salmon from the wok and fry the carots and broccolini in the same oil for about 5 minutes.
