About the Recipe

Easy gluten free buckwheat crepe for everyday breakfast

Ingredients

  1. 100% Buckwheat flour

  2. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  3. Black pepper

  4. Salt

  5. Hemp seed flour (Optional)

Preparation

  1. Add 2 cup of buckwheat flour in mixing bowl

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  3. Add 1 pinch of sea salt to taste

  4. Add 1 pinch of black pepper

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Hemp seed flour

  6. Add 3 cup of water and mix all the ingredients, let it rest for 10min

  7. Heat up the non stick pan at medium heat.

  8. Use a ladle to scoop the batter , spread thinly on the pan and pan fry it, 3 min each side.

  9. Serve, wrap the smoked salmon, avocado for savory taste or honey avocado for sweet treat.
