Sprouted Buckwheat Bread (gluten free)
Ingredients
1. 350 gram of buckwheat groats
2. several cups of water
3. one handful of black sesame seeds
4. 1 table spoon of Virgin Olive oil
5. one handful pumpkin seeds
6. one handful of sunflower seeds
7. pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1: Soak 350gram buckwheat groat in filtered water for 6 hours
Step 2: Remove the water and put the buckwheat groats with one cup of filtered water in the food processor
Step 3: Soak and sprout for 24 hours, cover with a kitchen towel
Step 4: Add a pinch of sale, the olive oil, sesame, pumkin and sunflower seeds
Step 5: Fill in a rectangular backing form
Step 6: Preheat oven
Step 7: Bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 190 degree and let it rest for 10 minutes
Cut the bread and Enjoy!!!
